Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://juanspressure.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Juan's Pressure markets and arranges Soft Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Deck Cleaning, Fence Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://juanspressure.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Juan's Pressure or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Juan's Pressure makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Juan's Pressure's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Juan's Pressure against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. AL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
